The e-Learning Regional Conference (eRC2011), which was held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah The Amir of the State of Kuwait during the period from 28 to 30, March 2011 under the Slogan "e-learning ...education for all" one of the most important scientific activities in this field for the State of Kuwait and the area, which hosted a large number of specialists and those interested in the field of e-learning from the Arab region and the world. eRC2011 organized by The Regional Center for Development of Educational Software (ReDSOFT), Ministry of Education of the state of Kuwait and Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS).
