in cooperation with Kuwait University (Faculty of Engineering - computer Department)
and the Gulf University for Science and Technology during the period from April
7 to 9, 2008 First International Conference on Technology and communication and
education in order to create active links between technology experts, education
and communication, as well as researchers all over the world for the exchange
of ideas and innovations and research associated with the use of ICT in
education. In the field of activities and events the conference offers nearly
300 specialists from the University of the various countries around the world
working papers to the conference, and after arbitration in a scientific manner
with the help of high-quality professors from developed countries and the best
sort has been selected the top 70 scientific papers for presentation sessions
of the Conference. Was also selected a group of keynote speakers to give
lectures lengthy summarizes the findings of the minds of the international
community of scientists in the field of educational technology. Has also been
organizing a number of workshops for decision-makers and teachers of the
Ministry of Education, to assist in a statement the best ways to use technology
in the classroom as well as in the preparation and presentation of models
lessons electronically, and participated in these workshops, more than 100
teachers from all provinces of the State of Kuwait in addition to a large
number participants from outside the State of Kuwait. The conference included
an exhibition coincides with the scientific and academic activities of the
conference, with the participation of elite companies specialized in the field
of technology and communications, education and companies supporting the
conference.
Conference was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Education in
Kuwait and the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Science. And
synchronization of the conference with the development of the Ministry of
Education of the strategies to adopt introduction of information technology in
the classroom and the introduction of communication technology at all levels of
management where, probably contributes to the transfer of information and
communications technology to education by offering international experiences in
this field in the presence of international experts in education technology. |
